Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

In the following cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your return:

  • Order/ item rejected on delivery
  • Unauthorized return
  • Received more than 30 days ago
  • Cancel the order after fulfillment
  • Requesting a return after shipping without product quality issues

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at marketing@alvantor.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If the claim is made after 72 hours, we will honor our 1 year limited warranty and provide you with the best repair option for your product and issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us to get the return authorization number and return address. We are happy to assist you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Something you need to know before return:

1. Pleas contact Customer Service before you return your package, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We do not accept any return merchandise without Return merchandise authorization or shipped out over 30 days from delivery date. Your patience will be highly appreciated. 

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Products return must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

3.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection. We'll issue the refund to your original account. Once Your refund been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Otherwise please contact us freely, we will help you to check. 

4.Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable. This includes shipping to customer & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.
