Alvantor committed to provide customers with quality products at the ex-factory price and on-time delivery service. We will pass on any savings direct to you, our customers should keep in mind:

Shipping Cost: Free (only for UK shipping)

Handling Time
Most online orders may take up to 2-4 days to process before shipping from our warehouse (Exclude Weekends).

Shipping within the UK
Most UK online orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Leicester by Hermes or other carriers (Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 5-10 working days(may longer due to outbreak) after an order has shipped.

If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest center, we will ship your orders from our main fulfillment in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products with TNT or other carriers. Shipping is also based on your location, Please expect 5-12 working days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

Shipping to other countries
Other countries estimated delivery dates depend on location, normally take around 5-10 working days with TNT or other carriers

However, due to our inability to control transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. 

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can tracking your order at your country’s post website or carrier official site.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any question on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Alvantor is customer-oriented and we care about your opinion of our products. We provide a 1 year limited warranty and satisfaction guarantee. Return

To request a return authorization, please email us at marketing@alvantor.com. All returns require a return authorization.

Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If the claim is made after 72 hours, we will honor our 1 year limited warranty and provide you with the best repair option for your product and issue.
